I have quite a gold nugget on this one at the moment since my favourite cigarettes have been discontinued (Benson and Hedges Black, google them they're the best peacocking cigarettes known to man). Anyhow, when I carry them now and a girl asks me for a cigarette I simply tell her: "these are the best cigarettes known to man, they don't even make them anymore and you expect me to just hand one over?" Of course I say it in a playful way so as not to come across as an asshole but it gets the subcommunication across; that I won't hand out a cigarette to some random pretty face that just happens to ask.

Haha, IMO never give any cigarettes to girls. I once talked to a girl in a club and she told me she "uses men to get free drinks and cigarettes." She asked me for cigarettes a few minutes before! I said I didn't have any, but my friendly AFC friend gave her one with the excuse "they're only 20cents!"
Someone once said that supplicating men aren't interesting at all! Don't do it!
