1.) Is their a way to set a more serious tone because its kinda hard to build comfort when somone is laughing their ass off at everything you say. but shes a hb-11(no kiding...11) soo I cant just disregaurd her as I would most with this sitituation.

1) Laughing is a IOI (Indicator of Interest), build comfort by qualifying her and asking challenging questions. Stop thinking that her looks alone deserve your attention "YOU ARE BIGGER THAN THAT"

2) This is obvious that your trying to escalate too quickly. You only been on one date so holding hands is going way too fast compared to just taking your arm. You need to escalate slower, use different kino and congruence tests.

3) The hallway situation seems like the best opportunity to just leave her hanging and not show that you even noticed her. If you show her that you dont notice her whatsoever its a massive sign of independence and ultimately ALPHA.

4) Finally, i almost never text under no circumstances. I always call. If it goes through to voicemail then this is the perfect way to get a call-back

"Hey (girls name), i saw you last night and....wow i can't believe what you done....i honestly didn't think you had it in you...well i gotta go now so i'll chat with u later."

Hot girls screen their calls and use the voicemail as a test to u. This message will get an instant response if she's screening and be ready for a phone call haha.

Hmm you have a lot of good advice but what I was really heading towards about the calling thing was, the badass pimps have girls call them. not the otherway around we've talked on the phone before, I know if I call she will call me back, yah. she screens so I used the whole: "I dont remember who I'm calling, but I think I wanted to talk to you so gimme a call back" line. but she just doesnt seem to CALL ME...

I know the other guys already mentioned some of the following but w/e here goes. You really sound like an AFC with one-itis. There is no such thing as an HB11, you just got it into your head that she was the most beautiful thing in the world when SPOILERS: she isn't.
1) "Do you believe in ESP?" that always works.
2) Punishment/reward. If she doesn't hold hands make her feel bad. Don't kino at all. Ignore her. She'll be more than happy to hold hands the next day... that is, unless you haven't already hit the caring friend level with her already...
3)Ignore her one day. Then text her something like "so I managed to get through the day without you", then ask her if she wants to go out again.
4) JESUS push pull man. Don't go out of your way to see her because then she has no reason to call or text you. You're always in her face. GET OUT OF THERE. IGNORE HER! The best medicine is talking and flirting with her friends right in front of her.

2.) and now the logical move would be to follow up today(maybe tomorrow)...suggesting plans for a next date. according to "jurupa".. another thing is i'm going to see her again at youth group sunday... isnt having that knowledge good enough?

I would more make plans than suggest them. I would still call her even tho your going to see her for the youth group thing. A phone call is personal and romantic in a sense. Making plans with her at the youth group would most probably tell her you want to be just friends with her and nothing else. You should certainly chat with her and build up her comfort and interest while the two of you are at the youth group meeting.

I agree with this to a certain extent. The part that I have trouble with or disagree with is that doing this doesn't show the girl any IOI's. In theory this is suppose to make the girl chase you as she wants you to be interested in her. But after awhile I would say most girls will lose interest once they see you are not making any time for them what so ever. Hence the reason I say spend a fair amount of time with her every now and then. That way you send her IOI's, hit on her emotional side, and get to know her better and the same for her.

Don't make plans with her, just make plans and get her to prove she is worthy of being a part of them.

For example;
HB: hey do you fancy hanging out on saturday?
You: Sorry I can't I have got to sort out some bits and pieces for this party
HB: party?
You: Yup I am having a get together on (enter day)
HB: (thinking why didn't I hear about this) blah blah blah

This is when you get her to show she is worth inviting and it demonstrates that you are independent and do not need her to be having fun. This is my 2 cents but it hasn't been field tested, maybe one of the more experienced guys can clean the idea up a little
