What is a great C&F or simply, a great PUA response for when girls ask you "how are you doing"? I'm sure saying "I'm ok, or I'm cool" is a typical AFC response.

I wanna hear some great suggestions from you guys!
(this also applies for when girls ask you, "how are you" on AIM or online, etc)

If you can pull it off, and the girl look like it won't be a bad thing to say, I have said "Better than you, obviously" a few times. Although she has opened you, so you should only use this on a girl that you have already met. Negging a girl who opens you is no longer a neg, it is an insult.

I think there is nothing wrong with being energetic and saying "Good, and yourself?" and turn your body towards her, showing good open body language. After all, she has come up to you and opened you, this is good behaviour that you should reward. Also, be interested in what she responds with, and from that you can calibrate and continue.

From here, you may have pulled a bit too much, so a neg might be in order. Whatever you want, but not too hard, remember, she is still being good and still needs to be rewarded for that.

Think about what you would do, though. Personally I go over heaps of scenarios in my head in the shower or in bed before I fall asleep, I get most of my best stuff from those times.

Dude, it's a simple question. You don't have to have something real cool to say to it. Stop making it harder than it is.

The OP is reading way too much into this.

"I'm good, how are you" has nothing to do with AFC. Sometimes you just have to get a conversation rolling. that's perfectly okay.

Well I usually try and give some details so a conversation can happen. Same goes for when you open with that question. You need substance. Like the other night I opened the girl said 'our nights great, what about yours?' I just finished karaoke so I used that and got a bit of a convo rolling.

Or if you're having an average night, just say 'yeah not too bad, no where near as good as x'. Always try and come up with some juicy detail.

I love situational openers in those instances - people say they're crap because you can't transition but you can. All you do is you slip details into the conversation. The other night I asked a girl what she thought of the show, we chatted a bit about that and then I mentioned that I had the next day off work and she then asked where I worked and why I got the day off, etc.

I see you're point man sometimes it's so boring to always give the same response like'Good and u?'
But that's the only way I guess.
