So here's the situation....

My job is basically catering, and I go alot of different venues with alot of different kitchens. Basically this new girl starting working at this kitchen, HB 8.5. After talking to her, basic conversation dont know if I neg'd and what not, was just being myself, we got into a topic about salsa. I explained to her one of my buddies is teaching salsa for free, and I need a dance partner. She said she wasnt sure, and she thought she could hook me up with one of her friends to do it instead. I basically explained to her that I wanted her to do it with me if anything and that she should give me her number so we could do it. She gives me her number willingly, at work of course.

So now this occured on Sunday, and its now Wednesday morning like 4:50am ready to start my feast(ramadan holiday )....

My dillemma is I really dont care about the salsa, I just want to go out instead and the perfect situation is coming on Saturday one of good friends is having a party. I want to invite this girl out to this party, but I dont know how to play off the whole salsa thing.

And I am debating on wether this be done through text msg'ing or calling her.

I know stupid quesitons but i really dont want to fuck this up... So any feedback/help would be generiously appreciated.

Call her and say something came up with your friend and he's not doing the salsa shit this week, but then still say hey let's get together this weekend. Don't make it any harder than it is.
