when i talk i always get interrupted or people dont really listen even if what im saying is a valid/important point. its not like im some dorky awkward guy im 6'3 180 but people half my size could put me down ... mentally
i need to be able to walk tall and be not just that guy but that man before i can start actually moving toward becoming a PUA
also i fall in the nice guy category for wussies haha

(it isn't centered around putting others down or defending yourself... but it could give you a strong frame) it also is a pretty good all round newbies guide to gaming.
not that i'm advertizing or anything, but it's the first thing that comes to mind...
