Well I've thought about it and I've decided that there's about two ways to look at it, masturbation can be a good thing and a bad thing.

pros for masturbating : *it increases your sexual desire - this is good stuff for newbies since most of them still have extreme AA.
*better control of yourself - face it those who masturbate do it because they can't stop themselves, most of us don't plan it out
*there's nothing to be caught on - this is a good point, you can't get caught doing something that you don't do

pros for not masturbating:*control of desire - in a lot of relationships women have the power because they have control over sex, if you don't need her to pleasure you, then you can have the power in the relationship
*calms you down - face it, this is relaxing stuff, you're having a bad day it'll make you feel just a bit better, and you can just calm down and start sarging, you don't need sexual desire to sarge, you only need to want to improve your game


The way I see it if you want to get good don't masturbate at first, there's a lot of pros who'll tell you its ok, or its not, basically if you're not skilled enough to pick up a girl without having to deal with AA then don't masturbate. On the other hand if you're skilled and your energy is over the roof then you might as well do it right before you sarge to calm you down. Just don't do it till you pro, be careful, if you just started out a month or two ago don't do it at all.[/list]

I totally agree with that, and not only gives you power in your relationship, it gives you power with any girl you can imagine. A man that can control that, can control any desire. Im telling you, he is bullet proof. So if you havent done it in 9 months man, i mean, you are my guru. Cause ive tried to do that and I get 3 months tops.

Hi. This matter had been concerning me for a while.Since masturbrating automatically drops testosterone levels below average, how is it supposed to increase sexual desire??
I am inclined to believe that there are no pros to masturbrating.On the other hand, avoiding it gives a desire boost (as testosterone levels are high) as well as a confidence boost for being able to control yourself.

I'm trying to stop as an experiment to help me deal with AA. I don't think that it's going to magically go away or anything, but perhaps it will cause my desire to replicate to outweigh my AA.
