Basically a girl i work with flirts with me, and i flirt back for fun, we work at a restaurant and will lightly touch each other as we pass by, sometimes we just grab each others ass' for fun.

The reason I havn't made a move before is because A) she had a boyfriend, and B) she is a co-worker and I am worried of the situation if it doesnt work accordingly, I know that co-worker relationships are a no-go zone

However this girl is extremely hot, she is use to having guys fall for her and chase her, so I need to approach this right

I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas how I can maybe progress in this relationship, i know i need to make the first move, but i want to do it in a casual, in-direct way, i guess to minimize the damage if it doesnt work out
