Mostly my favorite songs set me in the right mood. Once I hear them I seem to get into my "rock" mood and can do nearly anything. Gives me amazing confidence -

1. Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin (Mostly from the solo to the end)
2. Rock and Roll - Led Zeppelin
3. Kashmir - Led Zeppelin
4. Running With The Devil - Van Halen
5. Fire - Jimi Hendrix
6. Barracuda - Heart
7. The Final Countdown - Europe

2 songs. in this order.
1) panic at the disco - lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her cloths off (this 1 is for forgetting ex's and confidence that they lost out on me, and that i am the prize)

2) good charlotte - Break apart her heart (again, remember my AFC days and its actually a song that reminds u all the PUA techniques lol)

"No More Mr. Nice Guy" -Alice Cooper
"Cat Scratch Fever"- Ted 'Tad' Nugent
"Street Fighting Man"- Rolling Stones
"Lick It Up"- KISS
"I Want You So Hard"- Eagles of Death Metal
"The Man in Me"- Bob Dylan
"Highway Star"- Deep Purple

I usually like to listen to the same music I would for when I lift weights too, so these songs do it for me. Especially, 'No More Mr. Nice Guy', I don't know why but it works for me.

Plus I usually prefer specific songs, and not just anything in general.

hmmm....I either meditate or blast myself down in a mirror (its kinda like reverse psychology on myself) its works for me. Music seems to distract me.

JOURNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at the Journey concert rockin' out to them and I saw this HB and was like i'm pumped, lets do this! Easy as that number closed after Don't Stop Believin'!

so Journey, Cheap Trick and Heart are definitely so good ones.

"Comfortable" by Lil Wayne

Song sounds like a love song, but if you listen to the lyrics it's anything but.

The chorus:

im not saying this to shake you up
im just saying this to wake you up
its all good when we making love
all i ask is dont take our love
for granted, its granted
my love for you, is real
baby if you dont love me
somebody else will
, so baby girl
dont you ever get too comfortable

and the first part of the first verse:

yeah to the left to the left
if you wanna leave be my guest, you can step
feeling irreplacable listen to beyonce
but ok ill put you out on your bday

i love it

Also, "Recognize a Playa" by Boss Hogg Outlawz (great beat, fun get-ya-in-a-player-mindset lyrics)

some lyrics:

Open your eyes and recognize a playa when you see one
Instead of always hatin on one try to be one
Coogi clothes J's on my toes
Fruit loop necklace wit iced out rows
My wrist on froze everybody knows when I step through the door hand cuff your hoes
I'm so fresh you can smell me through a stuffy nose
They call me Chris Wiz-ard that's jus how it goes

I don't go out enough anymore, but California Love used to get me fired up. That or pretty much anything from 2001 - Dr Dre

Reptilia - The Strokes gets you pumped

some Red Hot Chili Peppers, Third eye blind, yellow card and maybe some 2pac. these make me feel energetic.
