I would rephrase it myself

instead of "Can i have your opinion on something?" Which is a kind of question directed at her specifically and might come off as a slight DLV, I would use "Hey i need a female opinion on something."

You are clearly not female and therefore having a different perspective on something is a legitimate motive for asking them.

also, you are using the word "a" instead of "your" which gives the impression that it doesnt matter which female you ask, and as long as your body language is congruent, they will believe that you just happen to be asking them.

The whole routine about asking an opinion, i feel, works best with a wingman. It takes presure off the girls and you can show your passion (caveman) through funny but heated arguemwents with your friend.. the same works with the jelous gf opener.

i.e.

PUA: Hey, i need to get you opinion.... my freind over thinks chat up lines work the best on girls.. i think its best to just introduce yourself
HC: (probably unsure what to say, just sits there smiling)
Wing: Chat up lines are way best!
PUA blah blah blah attention towards wing... keep girl interested with a couple of looks..
PUA:what do you think (HC)... say i wanted to chat you up... what would work best?
HC: just introduce yourself
Wing: you obviously havent heard many great ones... (turns to restof group and asks what they think)
PUA: ok here are his lines.... (turn her back on the group) blah blah blah 3 ramdom lines .... AMOG the wing by saying how pathetic lines are then ask the girl who gets hit on most out of the group...

Thius extracts the girl... the wing holds the group... the PUA forces a bond with the HC by comapring friends etc.... a clean break can be made without the group noticing....

There are, of course many ways to pull this one off but i feel that with a wing, alot of pressure is taken of the group and it leads more easily into a funny, meaningful conversation....

as Gambler says, guys having fun with guys is attractive and will amke women want to be near you.... Make the arguement beleivable!

The thing I heard was that you should use the word "want" instead of "need" to create a stronger air of confidence around you.

Hit the nail on the head brother, that's exactly what I was gonna post prior to readin ur post as well. Puttin it that way makes it so much less personal & indirect, and by using the term "female" ur puttin the emphasis on gender's differences which is a HUGE can of worms waitin to be opened esp. with every other chic strivin to be a fuckin pant-wearin feminist nowadays. That would open up a lot of opportunities for negs n shit.

I remember readin this identical idea for an opener in DeAngelo's DYD e-booklet. Good nuff for Dave good nuff for me. Ka boom.

yeah, agree w/ that point as well. Although I prefer "seeking/looking for" to "want/need" as those terms carry a much more NEUTRAL tone than want or need.
