Where did I say to stare? I didn't, I said to take a look. Meaning one or two seconds and right back with the eye contact. If you stare you are in her court. But not if you just look for a second or two. As I see it as giving her an IOI. So that she thinks I am in her court, but really she is mine as I will make her chase me to keep my interest in her. Its kinda like when your at a car dealership and have express interest in a car. The sales guy knows your interested and will do his best to keep you interested.
