The Finger Guessing Game

Great idea on the game...but am a little confused on how its supposed to work.....

Am I right in thinking that I ask her to put her hands out, palms facing me fingers spread apart. Then I put my hand on hers, making sure to press on her finger tips.....I tell her to look into my eyes, and concentrate hard on one of her fingers. Shouting that finger out inside her head....

I should then be able to to tell which finger she's thinking about because she will unconsciously twitch that finger..
