You don't have any posting guidelines for topics concerning off-site websites. The FAQ appears to be just a cut and paste from the phpbb script.

I thought it was relevent in this section.

Oh ok its in the newbie forums... I'm used to webmaster forums where sigs and announcement threads are tolerated, as they drive a forum.
