Is there anyway to cross from friends zone into the other zone if you've been friends with someone for a very long time? or is it too late? Also, what do you do if some new girl you meet uses the LJBF line?

The only way I have heard of to succesfully get yourself out of the friends zone is to remove yourself from their life somehow for a period of time long enough for you to get your life together (and more importantly fuck some chicks) and then return later with higher social value. Make her work for your attention and all the rest of it. You know her well by now, so you should be able to formulate some routines and an overall plan on what she will want you to do in order to attract her.

But the main thing is to fuck some other chicks. Get her out of your system.
