I was at a party last weekend and i was working a HB9 and it was all goign well there was a fair bit of kino and attraction, but i was busting to go take a leak so i left and then got destracted on the way back and began chatting to a HB8 and we were fliting a little and i just let out "dont you have any chicks that are friends" as a joke and laughed as i said it and she just got really offened and completely shut me out.

How do you know how much to neg or how severely to neg?

"dont you have any chicks that are friends" never use this line... The girl was into you and you ask her about her friends? Showing her that you are not interested at all in getting to know her. Doesn't surprise me that she shut you out.

Anyway, you should use negs to lower her value, with that neg you actually killed every attraction you've built^^

btw, you can never know how a girl reacts to a neg, some people get offended very fast, some people don't...

First off you need to know the difference between a neg and an insult. As I would say the line you used as a bit on the insulting side. As far as over negging it is possible. The general rule of thumb is the hotter the girl the less negs you use.

Well that really depends on where you live. I live in a town SURGING with AFC's, so yeah, I do that. The unrated girls get hit on all the time by the AFC's, and the HB's hardley ever get hit on. Generally you can tell exactly how much to push/pull once you are in A2.

My problem is getting to A2 with the HB's...

i disagree Jurupa, i know very few hot girls who dont know they are attractive..
i always thought negs were primarily used to make a girl self concious, no need to do that on a hb6 or 7 who already is

I neg is there to show that you know she is hot, but it doesnt mean that much to you. Its a backhanded compliment, not a striaght out insult.

Using the HB scale to judge how much to neg is stupid, its not how hot their are, its how they feela bout themselves. If they think they are gods gift then u neg, they need to realise you arnt impressed and to get you she is going to have to pull out more stops than just a smile. If she is a HB10 who is insecure an u pull out a neg she is going to go home and cry about it, since she will focus on it.

Unless u know 100% what a neg is and how to use it. Dont. No negs will end far better than a single bad neg.

There is always going to be the girls that don't know how attractive they are, even if its right in their face. Negs are not suppose to make the girl self conscious. Doing that does you no good. If you make a girl self conscious you might as well insult the girl while your at it. Also as I said before generally speaking the more attractive the girl the more likely she will have insecurities. Which means the more self conscious they will be.

To a certain extent I do agree with ya. Being able to read how the girl feels about her body I would say is more advance PUA stuff, which is why I say to go by the HB scale. And when it comes to neging delivery is key. Because you can almost say anything as a neg, but if you deliver it wrong you can kiss your chances away.

Good point Jurupa! But, also if there is a beautiful girl who is cocky and knows she is beautiful, too many negs will make her pug up a bitch shield. She will think to herself "I can have any guy I want and I'm not going to waste time with this guy."

Someone else also mentioned that you asked about her friends--in a way that suggested you would rather meet them. I know from personal experience that when I would go visit my guy friends and they ask where my one really pretty friend is (they said her name they didnt refer to her as "one pretty friend" haha) I would get mad. It made me think that they didnt care about me being there, and they were looking for someone better or prettier. So guys if you invite a girl over (whether a friend or more) don't ask where her other friend is within the first 20 minutes!

Very true. Which is why reading the girl's body language is so important. But its a learned skill and one that is not easy to learn. I have run into these girls before and before I learned about PUA I had a 50/50 chance of being shot down by such girls. Now I play ball with them and I don't get shot down by them as nearly as much.

A neg isn't necessarily something that picks on a girl's insecurities. It's purpose is to disqualify yourself as a potential suitor to run Indirect Game. Hotter girls get hit on more with Direct Game, so Mystery designed his Indirect Game model for them.

So, if you're negging right, they should LOWER a hot girl's bitch shield. She will feel more comfortable around you because she's not going to see you as one of those guys who just hits on her. That leaves more room for kino escalation. If you're not using kino, you're not gaming, so don't fucking neg lol.

Also, be sure to calibrate. If you feel like you negged too hard, follow it up immediately with anything on the opposite side of the spectrum. I prefer to do this with kino.

I'll let you guys in on a little secret I've discovered, though... as long as you control the frame TIGHTLY, you can neg as hard and as much as you want! As long as she feels like she's earning your respect little by little, it's fine to neg neg neg.
