I think what's key here is inner game. If you look at the girls and think to yourself "holy shit!! they're 10s, how am I gonna approach them properly??", that's not a good frame to approach in, because you're being intimidated by them. Instead, don't worry about any outcome in an interaction with them, approach them with confidence/friendliness/humor, and they'll see that you're just having a good time and chatting them up.

A line I love that I would use (after openning) is:

(leaning in, heavy EC, kino) "You know, I've been wanting to talk to some goodlooking girls all evening"

(lean back and look away) "maybe I still will)

Do this in a friendly and playful manner and you'll get a good response.

Neg the shoes, every time, its a classic. If their HB10 they make alot of effort with their appearance especially outfits.

Also mention: "that you just saw a girl in that exact same dress/outfit" then ask her if its: "the in thing".

Building social value is also pretty important, Id suggest a pivot, at least a HB9. or 2 HB7-8.

also isolate as soon as possible, its easier handling one than it is keeping 3 entertained, as soon as one of them dismisses you in front of the others your game will be screwed.

The thing with HB10's is that you need to be especially origional and different, thats why peacocking works, because the HB10 wants to be seen and if your peacocking shes gunna get some of the lime light.
