Not a fighter (I have very well paid job but it leaves me no time to train more then 3-4 times a week) but a passionate practitioner of Muay Thai and MMA in general!

And you are 100% right, it is huge DHV! :wink:

Great thread. I saw what everyone was talking about in action a couple nights ago. Me and my buddy have a running joke when we go out, he is the body and I am the mouth. Dont get me wrong. Im not a fattie. Me and my boy are both United States Marines. But he has put his time into the gym. That combined with some BA (bad ass) tats make him the body. He can not spit game to save his life though. I pick up a nice set (HB 8 and an HB 9) with the mouth but when he lifted up his shirt they couldn't stop staring. Im not jealous about it. It just confirms what everyone has been saying. Dont worry. Im hitting the gym so I become the body and the mouth in one package. :wink:

You also shown that you don't need to have muscle to get girls either. It most definitely helps, but it is no shoe in.

x2... I've gone out with some very 'gay' looking get-ups and I almost never have anyone say anything about thinking I'm gay... Its all in the image you project

Anyways.... I am a big guy it's not that I don't work out I actually HAVE to go to the gym regularly for my job but I am a "big boned" person it's just my body structure. I weigh 265 and can bench my weight. That aside. I find that peacocking can be more effective than working out to "get buff" because even if you do "get buff" then that doesn't really immidiately help your inner game because even buff good looking guys have self confidence issues. Peacocking can help those confidence issues by giving the person something to focus on other than being nervous around pretty girls. It also gives them something of a conversation item so that they don't have to concentrate on "what to say next" so hard thus taking their mind off that knawing feeling in the pit of their stomach ya know the one that makes them want to throw up when speaking. So while "getting buff" might work for some I just feel as though the psychological effect of peacocking (for the male) is just as good. And admit it....It's fun. cheers!

this would be a great topic to start. I totally agree with Doc. It is about what you project.....on the complete opposite end of the scale though, I go out in straight looking get-ups and am constantly assumed to be gay.

Its all about what you DO with the image you project ;)

I agree with white rose, you cant work out just for the girls.

do it for yourself, or to fullfill a goal. I am training for basketball which is why I work out, but my confidence from the extra strength moves from the court to all aspects of my life

Girls i know have taking notice to the fact I've been working out lately its great.

So to sum it up don't focus so much on peacocking just get buff
i agree, with that GET BUFF, BEEEEEEEEEEEEFF HAHAHAH

If you want to game HB9's or HB10's, you need to be more than "in shape." "In shape" will do for HB8's or lower

getting bigger, toned muscular makes life much easier, girls will open you and you dont even need to peacock physically, your physique draws attention to itself. I regularly go out in a simple jeans and tight white t-shirt that accentuates my upper body. Get opened all the time, life is easy.

Being in shape will work on any girl. I would say being in shape will work more on hotter girls as they get approached less than the less attractive ones.

Yes muscle does help in getting girls but I doubt your never opening. Also you are peacoking when your body is in shape.

I never said I dont open. I said I dont practicarly need to... I get opened at least once every night Im out so theoretically Ive pretty much one garunteed close every night (its hard to fuck up when someone opens you) even if I get totally lazy and dont open anyone.

For the ones who do have a body or are working toward it admit the benefits and how much of a better 1st impression you give when you enter a set To.....To....


those that are reluctant to go to the gym due to insecurities from the experienced lifters @ the gym or what have you try and slide it off w/ peacocking and say its game, inner game matters more etc.....

Think about being the fullpackage in comparrison to having one without another.

I take it you have not taken a good look at Mystery then. The guy is 6'3" and skinny. And yet he has very little problems getting girls.
