Ok two months ago I meet this 7 redhead at the sports bar. We dance and then talk for like 5 minutes. I bought a bottle of the bar and f-close at her house. From then on I visit her 5 more times and just got bored. Plus she is a total spycho. I got a job as a server on the evenings and now I find out she is the bartender. I got this job cuz I always get laid as a server. First there is the waitreses easy targets, then I can always number close some of the patrons of the restaurant. But I'm afraid she will block me and for sure talk shit about me to the other employees. Leaving the job is no option so I need some help on how to turn her into my best friend or how to handle all the shit she is going to talk about me. Help!!

I told her I could not date her anymore. And I think she feel it rejected. Rejection is terrible on her since she has really low selfsteem. I don't know if I want to give her hopes since I know for sure I don't want anything with her.
