Has anyone had the experience of a girl they may (or may not) have been into, finding out about their posting on this or another forum about pickup? If so, how did she (and you) handle it?

It seems like that could royally screw up your game, esp. if its social circle based...

Hey mate, my whole social circle (even most of the females) thinks that I'm a badass player. When they confronted me about it, I just shaked it off by saying:
"If you think that saying all this will change me at all, you are wrong !"

After that they have never mentioned it again, its like the whole concept of me being a "player" just disappeared from all the girls minds. (Yes, I can still attract them.)

I got busted bad, when people reply to my threads, it emails me.
My x-gf went onto my email, cause she knows my pass, and texted me and was like,"whats pick-up-artist-thingy??" and went to this site and read a bunch of shit and got totally pissed.

I ended up telling her that i just post in here as a past-time cause i find it interesting.

But i guarantee once a girl finds out your using game, she will always have that in the back of her head from there on when u talk to her lol

I just recently got "caught" and because of that this is pretty much my last post, at least for quite a while.

How did it happen? When she was visiting me she decided to use my scanner to scan something for her daughter. Well, I did not know this but apparently Macs when sensing something has been scanned automatically and "conveniently" open up the mail application. Not only is this bad in general because it just invites snooping but the one and only email I've ever received from this site (its existence at the time was completely unknown to me) was sitting right there at the top. Apparently some guy PM'd me. Well, she saw it and went Colombo on it and did as much research on this site and my posts as a human being could do. She read everything. I've been explaining ever since. She doesn't understand and never will. There are here (just like anywhere else in life) bad guys who give the good ones a bad name. Even though for every one guy who just wants to get laid there are many more who eventually want a wonderful and loving LTR, she sees what the bad guys write and that's all that matters.

She'll read this post eventually, probably tomorrow. And the shitty part is even though every bit of info in this post is completely known to her and we've discussed everything I just said, she's still going to be very unhappy about it. Oh well, C'est La Vie.

Has she ever read Cosmo? Watched any of the multitude of womens self-help TV shows? Would you flip on her because she had a magazine with an article on "What men really want, and how to give it to them"? I think not.

The problem here is people tend to react based more off our feelings on a subject them on the facts. If you feel like this is a dirty little secret society and your worried that someone will find out and you'll get in trouble... then guess whats gunna happen when someone finds out.

Don't be ashamed because your trying to become a better man. She should be ashamed for trying to keep you from becoming a better man.

A cool guy = comfortable with who he is, doesn't care about others opinions becuase he is sure of himself and his abilities.

Uncool guy trying to be cool = worried about being exposed as an uncool guy, treats certain aspects about his life like they are an achelies heal. Result? He has an achilies heal.

If you are comfortable with who you are, no matter what people "find out", or say about you, will take away your cool.

I hate the philosiphy of never discussing PU, it's silly to treat it like it is an exclusive club.

Maybe I came across wrong. Trust me, I am not ashamed of anything having to do with this and she knows that very well. And she does not control me one bit. It just sucks because while she's my ex she's still someone I love very much and who loves me and because of the type of person she is nothing will ever make her see the good in PU. She's very much embedded in my life (which is my choice, my desire and mostly is a good thing) but in the past week it has caused a strain in our friendship. I don't treat it as dirty or anything I'm remotely ashamed of. I just wish she could understand.
