The bright yellow shirt should be enough of a peacock outfit. Maybe add a cool bracelet. The high socks and shorts are just over the top. I am a girl and yes I would definitely notice you, but I would just think you were a big goof. BE NOTICED BUT NOT OVER THE TOP!

I enjoy graphic tees now.

I find that H & M is a great store to get peacocking clothes. Their graphic tee's are very bright, jeans are awesome, and they got a lot of accessories like those JT hats. Not to mention they are very cheap too compared to stores such as express. It's a swedish company, but there is an H&M store near every major city.

Make sure when finding a store, that it has a mens department, because it is mostly a girls store and not all H&M's have mens departments. If its a bit of a drive for you, trust me, it's worth it. Let everyone else wear express, lacoste, northface, at a price 2 times what you'll be paying for H&M stuff. It's a great way to stand out if feathered hats and black nails arent your thing.
