Its this thing with shier, less opened girls that you`re not always sure about their reactions. have you got the IOI or not, do they like it or not. so as im usually asking girls about their feelings and opinions, is it normal to ask girls if they like when i do this and that with them? im giving all those touches, but no response. sounds too needy to ask why you`re not looking into my eyes or do you like when im playing with your hair? its all about how you serve it, but i want some opinions.

Asking would definitely be pretty chump. Actually it could backfire and make them go even more shy.

Shy girls really really need a lot of trust + comfort for rapport. It just takes time.. or a really good natural connection.

Also if she isn't giving you tactile or audio IOIs look for visual ones. Shy girls that like a guy really tend to do a lot of hair-touches, clothing adjustments, seating re-positions.. etc.

Kino is easy.

A playful nudge when you bust on her in a C/F way
Hand slightly on the shoulder when whispering to her
Any routine that starts with "let me see your hands"

Just don't get "handsy" in a threatening, sexual way, unless you have the IOIs to do it and the venue calls for it. Kino is meant to build comfort, and get her used to your touch.
