I have been on one date with this girl, we arraned another one over e-mail. Fine, then she e-mailed me this message last night:

call me AROUND 6PM OK ON MY MOBLIE

She sent this at 17:41 (so only around 20 minutes before she wanted me to call her). By chance I checked my e-mails but I didn't know what to do. There was no reason to call other than to say hi and I didn't like being told to call. I decided not to call as I could easily have missed the e-mail, I wanted to seem like I had better things to do than check my e-mail, and because there was no reason she couldn't call me if she wanted to chat. Did I do the right thing?

Ye u did the right thing, u had a 20 min period to call, if u would have called it would have refelected that ur on ur computer all day and u don't have a intresting life not a turn on, and also don't let her set the rules thats ur job, so act like u got the email way later and call her tmmrw and say hey I got ur email srry im usualy realy bussy and don't check my email much, than tell her u want to take her out where and when, all on ur own stakes

You definitely did the right thing. Even if you had received the email earlier you should have done the same thing. Call her the next day though or whenever you like. In fact don't even mention the email. If she does I would consider it an IOI. Make small talk and have a plan ready to ask her out. Be specific not just "would you like to go out with me sometime?". Show her that you have a strong frame.That will only make her want you more
