It is now the summer. Many of you may have a nice (real) tan. Good for you.

I found a good look that works with a tan. Having black hair and eyeliner is quite gothy with pale skin but it seems to work for me.

I cut my hair short and died it black and then I put on eyeliner pencil on the bottom half of my eye when I go out. If you have long hair maybe dye it black and then straighten it when you go out? (No straightening your hair isn't gay).

Other nice things I wear to complete the look is: Bracers if I'm wearing a shirt, big leather boots with the tongues sticking out, lots of cool bracelets (I always have prayer beads and other bracelets on each wrist) and other stuff; use your imagination!

Top tip: make sure YOU think you look good as if you have confidence then you will pull it off. If you think you look like an idiot, so will other people.

Bracers? Like, as in, vambraces? As in, those awesome wrist protectors that you see in movies like gladiator and troy and shit?

If that's what you're talking about, I'd shit my pants. I'd love to find a look that worked with those.

Not to sound rude or anything but this goth like style seems a bit gay/emo like.

Even if you think you look good, you can still look like an idiot never the less.

and jurupa, thats why you are commenting on posts rather than posting suggestions like Soul Teen. If you are congruent with your personal style; you like yourself and the way you look....then others will like you, your style, and the way you look.

"a bit gay/emo" only comes into play if
a.) you are giving other men blow jobs
and b.) whining and crying.
and there is nothing wrong with that either - if thats who you want to be.

@jurupa lets keep the comments to helpful, positive, or constructive.

If looking like that gets the attention of the girls he's after, it's a win. 'gay' doesn't even come into the equation.

Soul teen: How about a photo? :)

Hello there, does anyone have any recommendations with regards to the best practice to obtain "cat eye" appearance using eyeliner?
