Hey, if nothing else works then try talking to them about it. After understand the reasons for the first couple of girls, chances are that the next ones who won't let you are going to have identical or similar reasons, and you'll be able to work out a way of getting them comfortable.

But may I suggest that after you've slept with a girl a few times, she's basically consented to your having access to her body unless otherwise stated.

How old is the girl? Typically younger girls aren't as comfortable with that as they're not as comfortable with their bodies. I've found that older women prefer this and once they are able to have orgasms they typically like them like this better.

It may be an immaturity thing or just personal to her.
