Read the game and get in field to start working out your sticking points and learning the methodolgy. First step - can you approach a girl? There's no magic formula and this is a prerequisite. It's the main reason there are hot girls available.

I can not approach girls to much of that thinking oh what do i say?, what if she finds me stupid...blah blah. I mean I'm a pretty heavy set guy working on losing that weight. I would like to say I'm not that bad I mean I've been in relationships plenty of them. Just this last year I've been on a dry spell no female contact at all....

im a newbie myself man, so dont worry, you going to have plenty of opportunities. I recommend reading either the game or especially the layguide (more of a how to guide). Also, start searching the web for good openers, you can never know too many. Try finding a friend to do this with...it will make it much more fun and easier to take when getting turned down. Make this about fun more than anything...its a rush for you right?

Here's the thing - fear of approach (approach anxiety) is there for a good reason. It ensures kids have dads.

google MyPUAJourney and watch some of the first episodes. These really get me fired up because they show him as an AFC working his way up. Pretty much the only other advice i have is read some stuff and then go try and talk to people. In my opinion you'll be a lot better off if you go natural rather than canned(in terms of routines and talking material) but some canned openers can be useful

1. Read "The Game" by Neil Strauss
2. If you are a total AFC, you should read Mystery Method, as it is mostly based on logical routines. Some say that it contains a bit too much rules, but hey - when you know how to do it - you know when it's time to break the rules.
3. Think about how your life will be if YOU DO NOT APPROACH WOMEN! Is this the reality you want to live in? If no, then make it your goal to approach at least two girls, or groups including girls, this saturday.

Just ask them where you can buy some clothing for guys, or where you can find the toilet. The first step isn ot to have sex with someone, it is simply to learn that YOU CANTALK TO ANYONE.
