I am not going to waste time.But I have a very serious question to ask because I am not just getting it.

In my classes,there are a ton of hot girls.The problem is that when I ignore them,they are craving for my attention.And when I am trying to make them my girlfriend they pull away and ignore me and pay attention to other guys.So you can see that my success with women is like a carrot dangled out of my reach.But I am good with the 7s and 7.5s.And this makes me more and more angry that I have to settle for those 7s and 7.5s

Dude, don't be so angry and frustrated. I know it's not easy, especially since you're in school, but the more angry and frustrated you are the more you reek of it. It's like a hot babe repellent, and it vibes off you in waves.

Instead, strengthen your inner game and read up on some game techniques. Remember, hot women are just people, not trophies or prizes. Understand how and why they think the way they do and you are golden.

Because they are 9s and 10s they can basically have their choice of guys -that means you have to be pretty f'ing special if you want to bed them/make them your gf. As others have said, read books, improve your inner game and you can seriously improve your chances.

NO NO NO NO NO!!! you do not have to be special, thats where so many people go wrong. When you think like that you put them up on a little pedastol that makes them special. If you treat them like that then you treat them like every other AFC does.
HB9+ do not want to be treated amazingly just because they are hot. They spend their whole life with people loving them, for their appearence. They want to be loved for themselves, what makes them unique. When they start playing games they dont want you to just accept it cos their hot, they want you to tell em you wont accept that type of behavior cos their hot.

I'd recommend you: Real World Seduction by Swinggcat and How To Be Alpha by Christian Nosal. These are two great PUA books but you will need to understand how you can display high value just by walking so I'd recommend you some books about body language and those I can't really name here because I live in Brazil and I buy these books in portuguese so I don't know if any of them is translated but you won't have a hard time on finding them.

I like helping people so I'll provide you with all the information I can about what I have done...

You see, I'm on college. I'm only 18. What do I do to DHV? I am ALWAYS walking with chicks. Man, I have only 1 great male friend. Most of my friends are girls and I'm always seen with them having a great time laughing and always keeping everyone entertained. I don't have sexual interests on any of them: they are only friends. I also wear nice clothes. Nothing extremely flashy or expensive. I dress "cool" clothes that are not over the top. You know those clothes you see and think "this REALLY gets my attention but why? it's a plain grey jacket".

LOOK AT WHAT I GOT MYSELF INTO I want to fuck this HB8.5... There was a party in which both the 6.5 and the 8.5 were at... I was very well dressed, having fun with my female friends (no male friends around) and simply enjoying the night. I decided to go to the party on the last moment so when I got there, the 8.5 said to me "oooh, you decided to come?". Later, she called my close friend (HB6.5) and said "ah, you know, lia,... ahh, forget it". They don't speak to eachother very often so it's easy to guess why she was engaging a talk with my friend. Also, if I get to fuck this girl, she will know she deserved it and that I was the one to PICK HER. This places me in the "alpha male" seat, therefore, on the driving seat. And if you are asking yourself why I didn't close this chick yet... I don't want to come off as easy plus she really needs to deserve it and show me that she is good enough for me.
