I vote you don't tell her, BUT, if you really like her, it might be worth telling her only for the reason that having a relationship with a lie is pretty shitty, unless you can deal with it.

Keep your mouth shut about it, there isn't much more you can do other than that, just hope that it doesn't get out. You've already done it, so you can't take it back. If your really concerned about it, and you still really like your EX, and you think she would understand (probably not) try talking to her about the situation, you'd be surprised how sometimes just being honest will help you.
