Hey just looking on some opinions on things to say to a person of somewhat a celebrity status. The person dances on that America's Best Dance Crew show, I added her on facebook and sent her a msg. BTW I totally am not looking for anything out of this, I kinda just wanna run game to see her response being on a reality show.

But yeah, everyone who added her on facebook would say thing like "Oh thanks for the add, your crew rocks!" blah blah blah. So I went the opposite way with it when I send her a facebook msg.

Me: "You're welcome for adding you =)"

Suprisingly, she actually replied back with a "hahahahaha" which isn't big, but she probably gets tons of msgs, and god knows if she replies to any of them, so some kind of response is decent I guess.

Now since I'm just kinda running game for fun, I was looking for advice to see what could work. I was planning on saying this.

"Hey, this isn't a laughing matter =) I didn't hear a "thank you" from the last msg... but I'll cut you some slack although I still expect to hear it =)

I watched the show today (Canada airs it late) and you probably had the best impersonation of a heart attack, the look suits you well =P"

Again, I'm not taking this seriously and obviously it can't go anywhere. But any pointers with my reply msg would be greatly appreciated.

Don't mention the show. Otherwise I'd say you're spot on. She replied so that's a great start.

Would you take out the whole second part? Or would you keep the part of her "heart attack" expression and take out the part of seeing the show?

To be honest, online gaming is the weak spot in my game so I may not be the best to give advice. One thing I DO know is to not acknowledge celebrity status at all and treat celebrities as if they're just your normal, everyday girl next door.

You want to be a MAN, NOT A FAN.

If you can tie the second part into something that's actually on her page than stick with it otherwise do nothing to acknowledge you've seen her on the show. In fact, if you do succeed in striking up a conversation try and imply you don't watch that stuff at all. It will put her in a position here she then has to qualify herself to you since the dancing show givers her no value to you.
