i personally believe in simple psychology... simply make the alpha guy feel comfortable by giving him some compliments to the ladies and invite him to it etc ask hi opinion.. maybe agree but just win him over. If you are givin him compliments and judging him and introducing him to a set of girls it still shows you are in control and therefor in control!!!

then slowly disagree more with him like constructive criticism and make sure ur game is always one step ahead of his eg make more first moves (Kino/routines/conversational opners etc)

just be smart an keep control dont offend him
