Simple question.

What do you do if right after an opener the girl goes "I've heard that one before"

Maybe try to play off it?

"Well then, what are the odds that two guys are going through the exact same dilemma? And thye just happend to want to get an opinion from the same girl?"

I don't see why it's such a big deal. There are literally 100s of things you can say to make a smooth transition/play it off/disregard it. If you stand there uncomfortably, then what is she seeing? Some guy who's said the same thing as the last guy and when you asked him about it he got uncomfortable. This telegraphs that it's something he's read in FHM magazine to pick up girls.

Here's a few that i thought of right off the top of my head.

"Fair enough, and what did you conclude?" and continue from there after she's given her opinions

depends on your question, if its a opinion opener you can use something like oh so you met my friend we were gonna get some females opinions on that so what did you answer? or you can just start a routine or ask a question... remember a opener is just to open so if she replys back and waits for a reply from you you opened the set and can continue.

"Really? What's the best/worst one you've heard all night?"

"Yeah? How about this: *say something funny and random that will confuse the hell out of her and make her forget you just used a line*"
