I think that if u'r already building comfort u're assuming or u know there's attraction, and if u're kino escalation is good, IoI's coming from you shouldn't be a problem. Just dont give them all the time or u'll be preceded as desperate. But, again, if u're kino escalation is solid together with some other things like eliciting values, mirroing and even some NLP, u shouldn't worry about sending IoI's.
Just my 2 cents and i could be wrong.
