I understand that the emphasis of this forum is on techniques, strategies, and methods to seduce women. This is absolutely crucial if you are going to be succesful at the PUA lifestlyle.

But this is a LIFESTYLE, which means it is part of your life. It is not something that gets turned on when you walk into a bar and turns off the moment you leave.

This is so important but I have been ignoring it. It is very, very easy to attract women if you have "the right stuff". That means being an ambitious, positive, curious, intelligent, and confident man.

These are not demonstrations of higher value, but actual higher value. I have been working to improve myself everyday, not in terms of game, but in terms of being a better person.

Being awesome is what gets the girl. THAT is why Justin Timberlake doesn't have to use The Cube for attraction.

btw, you don't need gimmicks and tricks to show value. you show value by amplifying your values with value and getting her to agree on your values.

if you want to demonstrate value, amplify whatever you do by staying solid and not letting her reaction phase you. this will get her to fall into your reality and respect and agree with your values. that is, if she is weak minded and most are. bringing out emotions also makes them vulnerable so you can get her agree on your values by amping her emotions in your favor and towards your argument of what you value is the right way i.e. casual sex is awesome.

bring out positive feelings within her and then use it towards your argument of casual sex is awesome. if she disagree's that is. i dont know if this makes sense. PM if it doesnt ill send you a e-book on all this.

The cube is just a routine to dhv and build rapport, for Justin, no need to DHV with a routine, he already has all the value he could ever want.

Good responses from all but I'm not sure I got my point across. The point was that the people in our forum often times focus myopically on technique and ignore the greater game: your life.

If you live an awesome life, pick up is much easier.

of course. techniques = literally 5% of pickup. your mentality carries almost the rest.

Well yes, but... even though technique is only a small part of pick up, everything is related. That is to say, if you have bad technique, you might blow a couple sets, then feel bad about it and your inner game suffers. Also, knowing you have good technique, or that the routines you're using have been field tested with success, can artificially boost your confidence so that you won't blow sets.

Similarly, having an awesome life definitely helps, but if you don't have an awesome life, then "fake it til you make it". After lots of sarges, day 2s and day 3s, you'll have some interesting stories and an enviable life. Anyways, teaching other forum members how to game is easier than teaching how to have higher value. They have to figure that out on their own because it depends a lot on their lifestyle and interests.

but i think it varies from person to person depending on their game...

Of all the celebrities, why'd you pick Justin Timberlake to write about here? I think that's a bit of an odd choice...

The first time I heard one of his songs on the radio, I seriously thought it was a chick singing.

I probably would have picked Mick Jagger or Trent Reznor. Old? Yes, but... Immortal? Yes. More congruent image to sex gods than Justin Timberlake? Yes.

I picked JT because most women that I talk to say that he is the #1 most desireable man on the planet. Most 8's and up in their 20s and 30s would prefer JT over Mick Jagger.

Kidding aside - there's guys who have game but absolutely nothing else going for them and are still immensely successful with women. And I live in a city where loaded and successful investment bankers go home alone every night and wipe their schlongs with 100 dollar bills after they're done servicing themselves.

It's about balance. I never made pickup my only goal in life (wrong; I did for a long time, but not anymore), it's crucial to chase dreams that aren't tail. At the same time though, game takes practice. Visit London to see living proof that no matter how successful you are, if you don't take the time to go out and learn how to interact with women, you have a fair chance of still being a virgin at 30.

I will allow you to insert your own line about Ying and Yang, work hard and play hard, balancing priorities or whatever you want to call it. I know one way of getting the 'lifestyle' BetaMale is talking about - look after all the 3 key areas of your life (health, wealth and love). If you know another path, I would love to hear about it.

Relating to the other discussion - for simplicity's sake, I'll say that it's 100% about game. Women don't respond to biological looks that much. Under 'game' I understand belief system, right subcommunications (body language, eye contact, tonality etc.), your linguistic patterns (the way you use your words) and basic grooming (I hope I don't need to bring up examples of ugly guys who groom themselves well, have game and therefore get unparalleled results with women).
