I don't post on here much, I mostly read what you all have to say, but I need advice...

I'm a bisexual woman, and I've kinda developed an interest in one of my managers. She is 21 and I am 20. I <i>thinks</i> she is straight, but the way she initiates conversations with me seems a lot more curious or interested than how straight girls usually converse with me. If that makes sense..I don't really know how to explain it, but she acts differently around me, not in a bad way at all....But I'd like to find out somehow if she is straight or not and need help in what subtle moves I can maybe make to find out. (Outside of work) Any ideas?

Being a bisexual girl, you should know that the vast majority of females are open to at the very least experimenting with other girls. I really don't think it should be THAT difficult, you just have to build tons of attraction (remember: attraction isn't a choice) and with a bit of comfort, she'd be unnable to help herself. If it doesn't fly, then you just dismiss it as a miss-umderstanding and thinking that she was interested.

You need to kino. I'd establish comfortable kino first, where she's comfortable with you touching her, so when you say something touch her on the shoulder, or the hand/arm, give her a playful push/smack, get it so that it's not a big deal to touch each other (shouldn't be hard as you're both women and she won't expect it to be sexual). Then you start doing more glancing touches, where you brush her hand lightly, graze the back of her upper arm and other sensitive places. If you stand behind her you stand close enough that your presence is felt and you're gonna be building massive sexual tension. Then at some point, when you feel that she's attracted enough, she's showing IOIs and you get in close, go for the kiss and see how she responds.
