I'd just give a Clockwork Orange style smirk with cocked eyebrow and say, "poor confused girl, I'm not your mirror in the morning" and walk away.

Location: Canada | | depends a lot on the context, but it sounds like you hit the bitch shield for sure... depending on how she said it, I would either throw a slight neg, if she had any indication that it was a playful comment... say something like "slow down princess, who said I wanted to hang out?" with a grin, then maybe do a takeaway...
or if it was just a bitchy comment early in the set, I would just pull style's classy eject "pleasure to meet you" and walk away.
