alright so when i approach women at social settings i usually just walk up and im like yo whats up. i dont have aa, im very outgoing but i just refuse to do an opinion opener i think they're crap.

but i dont have anything better haha

anyone know good openers for the college scene during orientation and first days of moving in?

Situational openers are what I use and it sound like you would like them as well. Just say something that relates to the present... anything will work. When you are listening to a boring orientation speech (trust me, they are all boring) Act tired and just say, "This is so boring, Im about to fall asleep. On the other hand you look amped, how much coffee did you have this morning." That opener is pretty good because it can also be viewed as a neg.

Orientation is a great place to meet hot chicks because everyone there is one their own and has no friends and they are looking for someone cool to talk too. Just make sure that person is you!

As a student, I've lived on campus for the last 2 years and had plenty of orientation days to work this out... Smarts suggestions were pretty good..
However most people during orientation are very lost...The best thing you can do is be the guy that knows where he is going and others will be drawn to this [the leader of men quality] ... A simple opener like "Hi how ya going/doing" is usually enough, after that people willl usually ask: "do you know how to get to so and so?" from there you can show them around and then stack forward...

*Body language should be taken into consideration just like any other opener... Not everyone likes this opener but its the principles that are important, its non threatning and still indirect just like an opinion opener...
