Just say "oh well, who knows what could happen. I mean my dad is TWO (or THREE) years older than my mom..."
That puts a positive spin back on the situation and will get her hopes up. That disqualifier is pretty good for you in my opinion because now she will probably try to validate herself by saying why you should date her or whatever.
