Well first thing, drop the attitude that you're not gonna do good the first time. If you blast early, just wait a bit and go for round 2. I lasted super long my first time and the girl who was very experienced, couldnt tell. If you want to say something thats up to you, but you gotta keep confidence up. Dont be nervous, or worry about what she's gonna think. Most women understand anyways so there's no worries there.
