small town party suggestions?

ok so there's this party on july 4th, and its more of a small town field type party and i'm wondering what suggestions do you guys have for running sets? Mostly everyone is familiar with each other so I feel like i'd look corny or try hard running opinion openers. Do you guys have any suggestions on openers and routines?

Here are some great openers for this situation:
1. Hi, I'm (name)!
2. Hey I don't think I've met you (or you guys) yet!

Don't forget to smile :D

Just tell fun stories and hold court. Leading frame is awesomely important. And, most of all, convey that you are having fun. The best way to do this is to actually be having fun. So, have fun lol

This is also a great opportunity to try out some canned routines. Look a few of them up, like maybe 1 or 2 and use them on a bunch of people at the party.
