How do I get the energy to go out and be like yeah fuck lets pick up some girls.Lets get lay.woohoo.You know what I mean.Lke being happy and have fun going out and try your game.Sometimes I dont feel that energy but I still want to pick up women.How do I get the energy like listening to loud music or something?

Just listen to whatever music makes you happy, feel confident, and stay calm. You don't need to get all "pumped" up. Just relax.
This is what I do at least, im sure everyone has their ways. This way if I don't get any numbers, I dont feel let down, or that I wasted energy. I've always been a calm person my whole life, but I think it just depends, see what works best for you.

Well what always does it for me is when I'll talk to random people and be outgoing, make a few conversations and I'm in a happy talkative mood.
