I have followed advice of many of the more experienced PUA's and really started working on myself so that I felt better about going out and perfecting the art. I did this by losing a bunch of weight which lead to me looking better, more confidence, and just a better outlook on life. Anyways though, the problem I have been having is that girls that have previously put me in the friend zone and that I have pretty much wrote off in the dating sense, are seeming to notice me more and, I think, are becoming more attracted to me. They always tell me how great I look, they tell me I look like a whole new person, and they seem to want to be around me more. So, I was just wondering if I should even try to do anything with any of these girls and, if so, how should I go about "picking up" these girls?

Go for it. Game them just like you would any other girl. These girls say you look like a different person, so it's no stretch of the imagination for them that you may be different. Just treat it like any other sarge, and things should work out for you.
