I first noticed it when I was at Champs(clothing store) all the hired guns were beautiful women then out of no where I start sweating and getting nervous like crazy. I start feeling so uncomfortable and like they were all staring at me. I went to pay for the shirts and start sweatig the clerk an hb 8 ask me if I wanted to sign up for some card I did because I was nervous as I was filling it out she says hi lik 3 times Im was so nervous I didnt say a thing. I could tell she new I was sweating and I just left. I was there to practice(a huge mall) but chicken out like always I hate myself because of it. It has also happened at a restraunt also. I think it is because of my inner game not being any good. I probably would feel more comfortable but I dont get out the house much cuz parents strict. And I dont want to wait 2 more yrs to start getting this stuff down. My cousin is coming next week and I feel more comfortable approaching sets when he's there. Will the sweating stop when I get more comfortable around woman or is there something Im missing.

The best way to break this sort of anxiety (in the moment) is to just bite your tongue and begin conversation, once you have her talking the anxiety will begin to fade and you'll feel more comfortable.
Just make it your goal to start conversation with them, thats all. And if you're confident and the two are hitting it off go for the # close.
Personally i like sarging alone because it takes the pressure off. _________________ To effectively communicate, we must realise that we are all different in the way we percieve the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others.
