Guy's, I've been reading for a while now and doing lots of research but AA is still affecting me...

Now, I'm a good looking guy, funny, dress well, good body and I know I'm the kind of guy girls want (my last 2 girlfriends said that I was the perfect boyfriend and said they'd never met someone as amazing as me)

Problem is my shyness and fear of rejection.

Now, I've only ever asked 4 girls out in my whole life and 3 were via email and one via text. I just can not do the face to face thing.

Every day I see girls I would love to get with and I just done know what to do.

Yesterday, I was in a shop and noticed a HB8 on the check out, kept stairing at me... and what do I do?!?!?! just walk away... idiot!!!

I still get approach anxiety. Everybody does. No amount of reading will change that.

You will always fear the approach. The good news is, you can decide whether you approach regardless of it. You have to realize that unless you make the decision to open, over and over again, nothing will change. There is no magic pill and there is no quick fix. Like most guys here, you will get rejected hundreds of times before you see results. You just have to keep at it.

Don't be another guy who suffers from the fallacy of the perfect approach.
