Sometimes with HB 9/10 I open with a neg, "I like your hair, is it real?". Most of the time after I say that they will toss their hair to show its real. Is that an IOI? lol

A target touching their hair after you make it the centre of attention isn't an IOI. A target making you touch their hair after you make it a centre of attention is. At which point you move on to making her create more IOI's.

nope it isnt, its just to proove that its reall
if u get her to be interested and attracted to you, she`ll toss some IOIs just be patient and DHV her and convey attraction spots and u`ll get more than u wanted.
