So I recently started talking to this girl i knew from high school. At first I was a "jerk" who would always bust her balls. But slowly i started to think she could make a cool fwb. So then I started warming up to her. She really dug it and showed lots of interest. Everything was going great until a couple of people started saying to her stuff like, "Oh, he always picks up on girls he just met." or other things to make me look kinda bad. So after i found that out, I didnt talk to her for about a week. I had a party last night and had to deal with crazy stuff all night, but found some time, i pulled her to the side and ran the picture routine on her. we took a buncha random pictures, cheek kisses, goofy ones, serious all that jazz. she called me silly for bringing her out to the backyard to do that. today i asked her to hang out but she just said she was gonna take a nap and do chores, so i said, its ok, just make sure you get your beauty sleep for when we do go out.

Anyways, I feel like i'm losing any attraction I had before people started telling her about me. We still joke and text back and forth but not as much as before. Would it be a smart move to call her up tomorrow night and tell her what the deal is? I basically want to lay it down to her that im diggin her, but I wanna get to know her first and the only way that can happen is if we go hang sometimes. This way she can find out for herself that im coo for her too. if not then its alright too.

what do y'all think? i think i have like a 50/50 chance of getting put in the friends zone here, its gonna be determined by what i say and how i say it i believe.

Sorry buddy buts its starting to look like you are chasing her, not the other way around. But maybe its not too late to change that...

Don't call her tomorrow. You would sound too needy. Play her hot and cold by going back to busting her balls again and being cocky funny. Don't warm up to her until she is absolutely melting for you.

Best advice though- Meet and attract more women. Take your focus off her temporarily and broaden your horizon. Let her come back to you if she really wants it.
