Ok so I was with this chick who I hook up with every now and then she had her birthday at some bar the other night. (Which btw I planned).

I gave her a cheap but cute pair of sunglasses. made out for a bit but then after a while she started to flirt with other dudes. At the end of the night I took the gift and said something along the lines of you have no appreciate for this and showed me no respect, I think my mother would really like these.

Then I left.

And were kinda good friends.

I guess it could be interpreted in two ways:

1) You're bothered by her not investing in you. And all you did was watch enviously as she GAMED other guys. DLV. But it was her Birthday, what were you expecting?

2) You punished her bad behaviour. She feels guilty and doesn't react to the flirting with other guys as much.

To me it seems like you and here where just friends with "make-out benefits". If you are not bf ang gf she has the right to talk to other guys and to flirt.

Personally, I can see where you were coming from, but I probably would have just told her I had to go somewhere and left at that. I would have left the gift so she would have something to think of you. But if she kept saying," stay, etc" I would have pointed out the fact that she was ignoring you and disrespecting you. She would probably try to get your attention and say she was just hanging out with other people, but I still would have left.

Im gonna mail the glasses to her. But I was the only one that got her something. I felt like I deserved alittle more respect.
