I was at a party recently and some girl straight up told me that "I only date taller guys and you're too short." I'm not even all that small. I'm about 5'8 and the ironic thing is this girl is 5 foot nothin*. Anyways, I am pretty disappointed not because this girl told me I was short, but rather I couldn't come up with a neg or any sort of witty comeback. I know there are a million different ways I've could have taken this. Please drop some comments so I can flip the script on this situation next time. Thanks.

well if you think aboult it... Pua's usually go for the short ones ( I know I do :lol: ) so I say take the advice above me. But think aboult it like this- if you were style and that happen to you ( and im pretty sure its happen to him) do you think he would have turned it around? Of course I think it might have been a sorta extreme shit test. Im only 5'6, be lucky that your as tall as you are.

Those are really good and they all work in field.

Usually though it depends how the conversation is going for them to say that kind of shit test. How long did you guys talk before she said that? also what did you say for her to say that in the first place?

It's just a shit test.

The basic rule is, if you can't think of something witty to say to pass the shit test and throw it back at her, then don't go down the thread of conversation. Ignore it and throw out your own neg.

6'0/6'2 is the perceived "tall" these days by women.
Put some foot lifts in your shoes.

5'9" is the average US male height so the op is only an inch shorter than the average height. When girls say that they want a tall guy they really are referring to a guy between the height of 5'10 to 6'3". Anything taller than that girls actually consider tall.

5'8" is short, but the guy simply ran into a shit test the girl knew she could play big time and he failed big time.

You could have been really harsh and said something like:

"I only date pretty girls"

It's basically throwing a neg back, and multiplying it by ten.
