I know a technique...

You use anchoring... And repetition.

When she is about to orgasm you should create an anchoring (A bite in the neck and a sound). You should do that as many times as necessary and every time she is having an orgasm. xf, that is pretty much what David Shade teaches. I add verbal anchors to it ('come now!'). If that is strong enough, you can get her to come without touching herself, but it's gonna take a lot of effort at first. Once she sees mental orgasms are possible, you can slowly shorten it to little beyond a single command.

This takes both time and balls - not for the weak-minded.

David Shade has this thing simply called David Shade's Manual, which has a lot of cool stuff, (I'm guessing all here are at some level intrigued by the idea of hypnosis ) and in this he describes how you can give a girl an orgasm through your words only,
