So I got this hb9 number the other night. Story goes we were all at a party dancing she was with another guy. I was dancing with a hb8. We were all leaving to head to another spot so the hb9 ended up giving me her number out of no where so I could tell her where we were going she also took my number. I didnt call her but she texted me saying hi. she asked me how the night went and thats the last I talked to her. I didnt talk to her long enough to get IOI. What should I do next?

If she, out of nowhere, sent you a text with a harmless "hi", she either wants to fuck, was drunk, or was drunk and wants to fuck.

How to play it from here is out of my league, but the IOI is there if you didn't initiate with a call or text.

Well thanks for the good news! I forgot to mention I have seen this girl around town and she must know of me. Now I just need some help on what to do about it. Like how many days should I wait when to ask her out where to take her blah blah...anyone??

Most people would advise waiting 3 days. However this is an obvious AFC time-bridging formula and she'll likely know all about it.

In such a situation, call her straight away if possible, and just say you were checking to see you had the correct number, then move on to phone game, of which there is loads of material and pointers on the forum.
