I took some friends from out of town, downtown last night after the fight and and I ran into Mystery at a club..... Great guy. Chatted with him for a couple of minutes when he says, there is Niel....Got to talk with both for a bit.

Ended up having quite a long conversation with him. He is tall (I'm 6'2" so that is saying a lot). I even got to work a girl with him that opened me (I have a cast, she was asking about it).

After we said our goodbyes, I got a chance to see him work another girl.. The club was about to close, he left with her.

Ya, it was Neil Strauss....

Told him I loved using the 5 questions....

Mystery is a very articulate person. It was fun speaking with him. We discussed our ages and history.

We also discussed how much time to invest in a girl before we closed and moved on. He told me 20 min.

We excused ourselves, took a picture (I know dumb, but hey, when is the next time I'm going to run into him) and then sat back and watched him work his magic.

I will say, the girl he approached was a 7, maybe a 6. They did leave together though....

Speaking of cool, I got a cool story, which made me crack up

I used the PICKUP 101 Hottest girl of the day Challenge, when I was in the market

And I see this girl with a bomb body, and I just knew she was the hottest I would see, she was with this lil kid (Which I thought was her brother), since she looked too hot to be a mom.

"I've been look for you!"

Huh?

"Yeah, after you got me drunk to take advantage of me, you freak"

HAHA

"You're really cute, who's that kid?"

Oh he is my son,

Then the kid (ABOUT 6 OR 7 YEARS OLD) goes like "Mommy, want me to call my daddy?"

HAHAHAHAH

So I ran into him again. I wasn't drunk this time so I had a much better conversation. I finally asked him what he was doing in town. Shooting a tv show. It was his last day.

He had a great peacocking stick. Bright red lipstick lip shaped on his neck. We talked about this for a bit.

Dude I just had great idea for a sarging prop...a fake cast. Im gonna look into that...

I am in week 3 (it was actually a splint, just got the cast today). I have 10 weeks more of it. I'll let you know how it goes.

The cast worked OK,

I chose the most outrageous color I could think of, Pink. I probably should have gotten a different color. It worked much better after it was completly covered in signatures.

The clam shell wrist brace I wore later worked better than the cast or the splint. A lot of different people asked about it.

Why is that dumb? You just took a picture with a celebrity and now have a DHV story you can run with. In fact, I'd use some corny ass canned material to open a girl in hopes that they mention the VH1 show, that way you can break out the picture (load it on ur phone) and show them who your mentor is....lol

Man oh man I miss the daiquiris in Austin and San Antonio. Now that's some nightlife. For you guys that have never been to an outdoor restaurant/bar in central Texas you ought to go sometime. The birds are like the women, fuckin' crazy.

The nightlife in Charlotte is crude by comparison. I suspect it's changed somewhat since I used to trash the bars, due to all the growth.

I remember back in the mid-80s when I got out of the Marines and had been stationed in Hawaii for 3 years. You'd walk in a bar in Charlotte and practically every chick looked like Pat Benatar, and was looking for Mr. Goodbar. The bouncers all had PTSD from dealing with all the drunk and doped up morons, and would spray pepper spray like cops on meth. Money was the deal back then. Oh, and coke. You didn't walk into a bar back in those days around here without a gram of coke and expect to get laid. Oh and a BMW helped.
