any tricks or routines to escalate kino

How can i go about naturally escalating kino when the conversation never calls for it?
How can i just touch her in anyway for no reason, especially when walking next to her?
Just blew an entire 2 hr chance to get any kino in with a girl, and i wanted to know some games or fun things to do to innocently escalate kino without looking like a creeper or doing it weirdly unnecessarily.
