This has happened a few times with girls who, despite being hot, had low self-esteem. When they say something stupid and realise it they say things like "I'm so dumb" in an embarrassed way! Just wondering how to approach this?

You could agree with them and take it a step further, with a smile on your face you will get away with anything. Just act cheeky and playful, nothing serious in that kind of situations. Might be worth a try on one at some point.

If you don't want to try that, you can always go back to the AFC responce, "your not dumb".

Keep in the back of your mind, your an alpha male with options. If you find that cute tell her, if you think that she is a bit dumb and don't like it, dump her.

A lot of times women who do that are "fishing for complements." I agree with the poster above me an AFC would just compliment her; but if you want to be a PUA you have to respond in a unique, refreshing way. As a potential PUA you want to avoid anything a AFC would say or do...

I like what the person above me said, but if you wanted to say something a little different you could try, "We all have our weaknesses, mine is for (dumb) women." You could say "Dumb women" in that sentence but it sort of depends on the situation like everything else. She might take it as a playful responce (which would be good), but she could also think you are pursuing her hardcore. Dilevery is important.

CUT THAT THREAD! Don't even validate it with a response. Do you really want to continue a conversation about whether she's really dumb or not? If you just met her, you can't really comment on her intelligence anyway. Just act as if she didn't say anything and move on with a different story.

You are leading the conversation so you decide what threads to take and which ones to cut.
